30th TWIF World Outdoor Tug of War Championships
The 30th TWIF World Outdoor Tug of War Championships will take place in Mossel Bay, Western Cape, South Africa, from 16–19 September 2026.
The event will bring together the world’s leading tug of war nations, clubs, and athletes for four days of international outdoor competition under TWIF regulations.
Competitions are scheduled across senior, junior, U23, and mixed categories, with both men’s and women’s classes contested throughout the championships. The event programme includes weigh-ins, opening ceremonies, medal presentations, and the official closing ceremony.
