Price: €50 per person | Date: Saturday 8th August 2026  

This form is for Gala Dinner bookings only. If you have not yet completed your event accreditation, please complete the Accreditation Form first. Individual Gala Dinner bookings can also be made and paid for as part of the accreditation process.

If you completed the Accreditation Form and selected the Gala Dinner option during that process, your Gala Dinner payment may already have been included with your accreditation fee. If you are unsure, please check your accreditation confirmation email before submitting this form to avoid making a duplicate payment.

You may purchase multiple Gala Dinner tickets using this form. If attendee names are not yet known, tickets may still be reserved and attendee details supplied at a later date.

Your Gala Dinner place(s) will be confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided, and attendees will be added to the official Gala Dinner attendee list.

Important Dietary Information: Any attendee requiring a vegetarian, vegan or other special dietary option, or who has a food allergy, intolerance or specific dietary requirement, should contact the Talbot Hotel Cork directly as soon as possible after booking. This will ensure that your request is entered directly into the venue’s established procedures for managing dietary requirements, allergies and food intolerances.

All registrations, permits, and related processes are subject to Tug of War Ireland’s terms and conditions.

2026 B&I Gala Dinner Booking

By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read and agree (or responded with my preference) to the following:

  • Personal data provided will be used by Tug of War Ireland solely for the purpose of registering and maintaining membership.

  • Personal data will be retained for the duration of membership and erased upon written resignation.

  • Membership administration may include club and team administration, registrations, team sheets, disciplinary matters, injury reports, transfers, sanctions, and statistical reporting.

  • Membership cannot be processed without the provision of required personal data.

  • Junior Members hold all rights of Club Members under the TOWI Constitution, except the right to vote or stand for election at General Meetings.

  • I have read and responded to: I understand that photographs or video recordings may be taken during activities and may be used by Tug of War Ireland in publications, on the website, and on official social media channels.
