All club-run competitions, tournaments, and organised events must be formally registered in advance to ensure they are conducted in accordance with Tug of War Ireland policies, safeguarding standards, and insurance requirements.

Submitting this form confirms that appropriate risk assessments, safety arrangements, and venue permissions are in place for the event. An event permit fee applies and must be paid at the time of submission.

All event permits are subject to Tug of War Ireland’s rules and conditions in force at the date of application.
