Event Permit Registration
Use this form to register and pay for a Tug of War Event Permit with Tug of War Ireland. All club-run competitions, tournaments, and organised events must be formally registered in advance to ensure they are conducted in accordance with Tug of War Ireland policies, safeguarding standards, and insurance requirements.
Before completing this Event Permit application, clubs must first complete the
Event & Activity Risk Assessment Form (opens in new window).
Submitting this form confirms that appropriate risk assessments, safety arrangements, and venue permissions are in place for the event. An event permit fee applies and must be paid at the time of submission.
All event permits are subject to Tug of War Ireland’s rules and conditions in force at the date of application.
All registrations, permits, and related processes are subject to Tug of War Ireland’s terms and conditions as outlined at the date of joining.
